Samsung recently introduced the new Galaxy Chat, the company’s latest QWERTY phone packing the Android Ice Cream Sandwich under the hood with its traditional TouchWiz UI.
As an added feature, the Galaxy Chat has a bundled copy of Quick Office, which is ideal for students and/or businessmen. You can work with Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint directly on this phone. Samsung’s calendar app, the S Planner, is also preinstalled.
The Samsung Galaxy Chat will be available starting July in Spain. It will gradually be rolled out to Europe, Latin America, Middle East, China, Southeast Asia, and Southwest Asia. No word yet on its availability and possible pricing here yet.
Samsung didn’t mention this handset’s exact processor chip but I guess it’ll be between 600MHz to 800MHz with a RAM of 256MB to 512MB.
