Few days ago, budget phone brand Cherry Mobile announced two new Android smartphones. One of which is the Cherry Mobile Flare, a dual-SIM, dual-standby device which offers “a fast processor, a high-resolution display, and an elegant design suitable for all age groups and lifestyles”.
“We have always wanted to bring value to our customers by making the Android technology available to all Filipinos,” said Cherry Mobile CEO Maynard Ngu. “The innovations on our Android smartphones affirm our commitment to deliver high quality products at very reasonable prices,” he added.

The specs above are usually seen on smartphones priced at around Php8,000 but Cherry Mobile is offering the Flare for just half that price!
The Cherry Mobile Flare are expected to be available nationwide starting next week for just Php3,999!
Editor’s Note: With its very affordable price, do not expect premium (and compact) materials and construction. Although we are still yet to review this product, we have heard that the Flare’s display is a bit disappointing but bearable though. However, we believe, shelling out Php3,999 for this handset would all be worth it.
