Earlier this month, newcomer Starmobile recently launched the new member of its cheap Android smartphone line-up. Powered by the relatively latest Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS, the new Starmobile Astra features a 4.3-inch 480 x 800 IPS display, a 1GHz dual-core processor alongside 512MB of RAM, and an 8-megapixel camera.
