Exactly two weeks ago, Cherry Mobile launched one of its latest Android smartphones, the Cherry Mobile Flame, which features a 4.5-inch qHD display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a 5-megapixel camera, and Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Benchmark Results
The Cherry Mobile Flame is now available in all Cherry Mobile stalls and kiosks nationwide with a suggested retail price of just Php6,299.
They said software upgrade is just around the corner as it is already available in the flare. You just have to go to their service center. As of the meantime i installed next launcher to do the trick and it works perfectly.

got mine a few days after release and its working perfectly. yeah kinda astonished my self. or im just lucky. it already had accidents, falling off the bed, slept on it, got it a bit wet. and its still alive. no lags here put a ton of apps now. almost every free game in app store. install un install. and it still great. the only draw back is the batt discharge like any other phone. and i can say the qhd screen is worth it for the extra bucks above flare. yes i bought one cause i couldnt find any flare anywhere. and i already spent the same amount on pamasahe going around the metro lol.
So i did, Went coz that was the unit ive been waiting for, In ROB manila they have 1demo unit from a guy who works their, It seems the UI interface is moving so slow (lag) (latency) or watever so i tried changing the theme i went into the settings UI overlay seems good and fast but when you go out to the main screen where you can find all your stuff dammit i was dissapointed again UI interface is moving so slow (lag) (latency) or watever. Im decided to buy one so ask them to get me a new one, we actually opened one out of the box, Its the same issue. My friend just bought a FLARE and its speed on ICS is great I own a W900 it runs absolutley FAST. Im moving to OMEGA if thats the case i already have a 4″incher i want a bigger one for me and my girlfriend!!! IF anyone can tell how to get around it id LOVE to go back to the kiosk and BUY ONE!
