Local company Cherry Mobile unveils another compelling Android device with a crazily affordable price. The Cherry Mobile Omega HD, the successor of the two-month-old Omega, features 5-inch 720p HD IPS display, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 12MP BSI camera with LED flash, 2MP BSI front-facing, and 2,100mAh battery.

The Omega HD is covered by a Dragon Trail Glass, which is engineered for a combination of thinness, lightness and damage-resistance. Somehow similar to Corning’s Gorilla Glass, it is scratch-resistant and can be used while wearing gloves.
