This year, aside from the dual-cores, consumers should likewise expect “more powerful” goodies as quad-core devices with insanely affordable prices are definitely coming our ways!

Just minutes ago, an “avid reader” sent us a photo via e-mail of an upcoming quad-core smartphone from local company MyPhone. The photo, which was taken in a MyPhone Kiosk, flaunts A919 Duo’s successor — the MyPhone A919i Duo that comes with a 5-inch IPS HD LCD, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front camera, and is powered by the latest Android Jelly Bean mobile OS. It is said to sell for only Php9,590!
