MyPhone recently released the newest member of growing Agua family of Android smartphones — the MyPhone Agua Cyclone. It features a 5-inch qHD IPS display, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, a 2-megapixel front camera, and an 8-megapixel rear camera.
The dual-SIM, dual-Standby Agua Cyclone packs 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD), 2000mAh battery, and runs on Android Jelly Bean OS. It is also equipped with voice capture function. Say “cheese” to capture photos of you and your friends or say “capture” to take a picture of any beautiful scenery.
The introductory price of under 7,000 pesos is very compelling. With that price, you can already get powerful features that are usually found in smartphones over eight grand. The lack of HD display and BSI technology for the main camera may be a turn off for some; but then again, you can never go wrong in picking this smartphone if you’re on a tight budget.
The MyPhone Agua Cyclone is now available in all MyPhone kiosks and authorized resellers nationwide with an introductory price of Php6,988 (suggested retail price is Php8,988).
